The J.K. Gill Building

With renovations underway, Urban Renaissance Group were excited to share a glimpse of J.K. Gill with prospective tenants. 

We filmed on location in Downtown Portland, capturing the new interior, amenities and finishes.  Where renovations were unfinished- we built out and furnished using 3D compositing, even adding a set of stairs to the 1st floor mezzanine.
