Slate

Portland based real-estate firm Urban Development + Partners asked us to produce a promotional video for their latest project, Slate. The only catch- the building was still under construction.

Using 3D models from Works Partnership Architecture we produced this architectural visualization of Slate months before the project was completed. Slate’s open-floor design, stone and steel structures, and emphasis on natural light all come to the forefront in this short film.
